If you feel that things are not “moving” for you in your life despite you having accumulated all this deliberate manifesting knowledge (and associated techniques), here is what I would do.
- Immediately Stop applying all methods/techniques…except this one, of course.
- Every morning soon after awakening (when your thoughts are not racing into habitual patterns yet), think of things that make you feel really good. You are not going to think of these things to achieve any purpose other than to feel really good for a while. I would keep an ever-growing list of these things because you’ll find that while you are in the feeling-good state, other feeling-good things will occur to you. Be ruthless about what is allowed to stay on the good-feeling list…if something doesn’t feel great anymore, remove it from your list as soon as you notice it.
- If you manage to keep in this feeling-good state for just one minute every morning, that’s fine. If you can keep it going for hours, that’s fine too. The aim is to just reach this feeling-good state daily every morning. Over time, the length of time you stay there will naturally increase.
- Now forget about all of this feeling-good stuff, and just go about your normal day.
- If something “good” happens to you during the day, make a note of it so you can add it to your list of feeling-good things that you look at every morning. Don’t go looking for these things, let them come to you - make it the Universe’s job to grab your attention and point out that something “good” has happened to you.
- Every three to seven days, look back over the previous three to seven days and make a note of everything that went well regarding any of the things you want in your life. Add these to your list of feeling-good things. You’ll be surprised how many you’ve missed or forgotten about.
If you keep up this process for a few weeks, you’ll start to clearly notice the correlation between those relatively short periods of feeling-good time and how the manifestations in your life are stacking up in response to them.
You might find this quite an eye-opening process.
Too often, we don’t notice all the good stuff that is avalanching into our life because we are so focused on what we don’t have yet.
If you keep doing this process just to feel good (not to achieve anything), you will paradoxically start to manifest the things you are after…and quicker than you would believe…and it will feel like you are hardly doing anything to make it all happen.
Give that a try for a few weeks and see how it goes.
And here’s a related quote…
The best way to accomplish an improved environment is to focus upon the best things about where you currently are until you flood your own vibrational patterns of thought with appreciation, and in that changed vibration, you can then allow the new-and-improved conditions and circumstances to come into your experience. Look for good things about where you are, and in your state of appreciation, you lift all self-imposed limitations (and all limitations are self-imposed) and you free yourself for the receiving of wonderful things.
